F220 Bleeder Overtemperature Shutdown放气器过热停机

Description:说明：The regenerated energy from the mechanism of the machine via the motor has exceeded the power capability of the bleeder resistor. 通过电机已超过泄放电阻器的功率能力。

By exceeding the maximum resistance energy, the drive will shutdown

according to the set error reaction.

超过最大阻力能量，驱动器将关闭根据设定误差反应。

Thereby protecting the bleeder from temperature damage.

从而保护泄放器免受温度损坏。

Cause:原因：

The reflected energy from the machine’s mechanism over the motor is

too large.电机上机器机构的反射能量为太大了。

Remedy:处理措施：

With too much power ---> reduce the acceleration value

功率过大--->降低加速度值

With too much energy ---> reduce the velocity

能量太大--->降低速度

Check the drive installation.

检查驱动器的安装情况。

May require installation of an additional bleeder module.

可能需要安装额外的放气模块。

力士乐不常见故障代码查询：

F218故障，驱动器过热停机。 驱动器放大器散热片温度过高，散热片温度超过50度，驱动器就会自动断电，防止放大器损坏。

F219故障，电机/马达过热停机。电机的温度超过160度，到了电机不可以承受的温度，驱动器会立即停止工作。

F22故障，制动电阻器过载停机。从机械上检查到在生能量超过制动器所能承受的能力，所以驱动器停机。

F226故障，驱动器电源电源不稳。伺服电机电压值是有驱动器控制，如果驱动器电源电源电源下降到不足以给供给驱动器的电压，放大器就会停止工作。

F228故障，过大偏差。通过驱动器监控的数据检测到模型的位置数值和实际反馈的数值不一样，已经超过了驱动程序的最大值了。驱动器停机工作。
